Why I have chosen to write this blog?

In my years in international education - which total about 10 - I have been, and no doubt will continue to be, amazed at the behaviour of my colleagues (administrators or teachers) towards either each other or students. I know I cannot be alone in working with such people and so thought it good to share in the hope that others like me will too.
